70% Viura, 20% Malvasia, 10% Garnacha Blanca/La Rioja: 65% estate vineyards and leased vineyards planted between 1950-2000. Calcaerous clay and alluvial soil. Eight hour maceration in pneumatic press, followed by fermentation in 60% new French oak barriques and large upright vats. Sur lie aging for five months. We visited the winery & know the owner.
