100% Garnacha/La Rioja: The wine is made from the free run juice following a very short maceration from vineyards planted between 1927-1947. The fermentation is carried out plot by plot in small used wooden casks, 500 L vats, and 1000 L vats. Four months of fine sur lie aging. We visited the winery & know the owner.
